ここもマイレビ(Φ∇Φ)ニャンコ先生イチオシ♬の中華料理店。
ナビに従い「国道171号線」からチョイと入った、人通りまばらな「桜井商店街」にお店を発見( ゜o゜)
チャイナBGMが静かに流れる♪落ち着いた雰囲気の店内は、右側に見えない厨房、カウンター席はなく、2～4人描けテーブル席10ほどの構成。
その言葉から恐らく本場のご夫婦と日本人のアルバイト男性、計3人での切り盛りです。
メニューは、「単品・定食・コース」中には高級食材を使ったモノもあり。
お目当ての「本格四川麻婆豆腐定食」注文(*^ω^)ﾉ
ちょうどランチタイムでしたが約5割ほどの入り具合で、お客さんも本場の方達が多い様子ですがアウェー感はなし♫・・しばらくして来ました。
トレーには、ご飯、メインの麻婆、ザーサイ、野菜サラダ、スープ、デザートの内容で、ご飯とスープはお代わり無料♬
熱々の麻婆は、挽肉の旨味に細かくカットされた絹豆腐が合わさり、辛さと痺れは思っていたより控え目ですがシッカリとしたコク&濃い目な味付けで、ご飯がススム( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
柔らかく煮込まれたシイタケや野菜などが入った溶き卵のスープ・・味は美味しいんだけど何故だかヌルい((；＾o＾))
少量の野菜サラダにはゴマドレッシング・・コリコリ食感のザーサイ○
麻婆は量もタップリと入っており、ご飯をお願い(^^ゞ
冷たいあんみつを平らげ完食・・けっこう腹パン(＊ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3
洗練された中国料理というよりも、食べ慣れた街中華がレベルアップしたような印象。
