阪急石橋阪大前駅から歩いて5分の［中華そば 表もあれば裏もある］さんへ11時でポールで訪問。
何をしようか悩みに悩んで、本来なら推しメニューを頼むのが本数だが、あえて【まぜそば】を券売機にて購入。
カウンターに座ってレモン入りのお水を飲み待って、8分ほどで到着。大ぶりのチャーシュー2枚、玉ねぎのみじん切り、ほうれん草、白ネギみじん切り、メンマ、煮干し、カイワレ大根に海苔と、真ん中に卵の黄身で、具沢山で見た目も良い。底からしっかりと混ぜてから一口。煮干しが効いてるタレがしっかり麺と絡んでなかなかの美味。
チャーシューも少しレア感があって柔らかくて食べ応えあり。
玉ねぎみじん切りもアクセントになって、良いバランスです。
あっという間に麺がなくなり、サービスの追いメシを投入して最後まで綺麗に完食。
やっぱり大盛りにしたらよかったと後悔です。
