石橋の中では最高級店うちだ。
しかし1人6000円ほどでお食事できる為とてもコスパが良いと感じます。
お肉は新鮮で、看板メニューが
ネギ包タン、生ハラミ、新鮮レバーといったところでしょうか。
店内は少し落ち着いたトーンのライティングで、ゆったりお食事出来ると思います。
焼肉ももちろん美味しいですが、新鮮なお肉を味わうにはとってもお勧め出来るお店でした。
肉質が美味しいお店も世の中にありますが、このお店は安価で肉職人のシゴトが味わえるお店だと思っています。
タンは、分厚いが噛みきれない歯応えではなく、隠し包丁が多く柔らかくジューシーな感じで、
タンも口の中でゴモゴモ残る感覚はなくスッキリしています。
駅前の事もあり、駐車場が停めにくい所は少し残念でしたが、とても満足しました！
