名店”一汁二菜 うえの 箕面”の姉妹店だけあって定食でも一味違います。メインの主菜もさることながら日替わりでついてくる小鉢が絶品です。一品一品丁寧なお仕事が感じられます。
今回は鶏南蛮定食と煮魚定食をいただきました。両方ともボリュームたっぷりの主菜と小鉢で、ごはんのお替りは一度だけ可能ですが、それで大食いの私が満腹です。鶏南蛮のタルタルは卵たっぷりで
ピクルス代わりにたくあんらしきものを使われています。煮魚は本日スズキでふっくら関西薄味で煮付けられています。品質、コスパ納得にごはんやさんです。
