国道170号線と国道171号線の分岐点でもある八丁畷の交差点に向かって歩いていくと、祥来の大きな看板が見えました。予想外に大きな店構えです。
中に入ると、中国の方か、ややたどたどしい発音の女性が笑顔で迎えてくれます。
テーブル席も空いているのは予約した私たちがすわった席だけで、他の席はお客さんで埋まっていますし、奥の座敷では若い人たちが宴会をしているし、すごく流行っています。
あらかじめお願いしておいたコースをいただくことに。
蒸し鶏のネギソース
美味しい。あっさりかなと思いきや、意外ときちんとした塩味が付いている。
海老の揚げ物
春巻きの皮に包んで揚げてある。定番のマヨネーズとの相性もいいです。
フカヒレスープ
やはり高級レストランのスープとは違いますが、ほどよい濃厚さで美味しい。
きゅうりと春雨和え物
じゃがいもの細切り炒め
温と冷の対称が面白い。特に芋の炒めはあまり食べたことがなく、ヘルシーで最高です。

もっと辛いかなと思いきや、マイルド。あっさりの豆腐との相性がいい感じです。
デザートは胡麻団子か杏仁豆腐
まあ可もなく不可もなく、安心していただけるお味でしょうか。
結構メニューは多く、一般的な酢豚や天津飯を食べてみたいです。
