この日はお昼も夕方も25℃という、もやっとした天気でした。
そんな日のランチタイムに足を運ばせていただいたのは、
10年以上前に1度訪れたことがある、こちらのお店へ。
時間は13時過ぎで、カウンター席に1名常連さんらしき男性が。
私の記憶より遥かに店内は広く、２階にはお座敷もあるようでした。
壁に貼られていた絵がお茶目。
冷たいお茶が飲み放題で、暑い日にはありがたいサービス。
ランチメニューはこんな感じでした。
私は冷たい「夏メニュー」に釘付け。
…ということで、最近「炒飯食べたい病」が治らない私は、
冷たい麺料理もいただけるということで「炒飯と冷麺セット（1,000円）」に。
韓国料理屋さんではなく、
中華料理屋さんで「冷麺」がいただけるとはちょっと意外ですね。
理想的なパラパラでしっとりな、旨味の濃い炒飯でした。
ラーメン丼にたっぷり入った甘酸っぱいスープは、
氷でキンキンに冷やされておりました。
別添えの辛い調味料を足してみました。
冷たい喉越しのいいシコシコ麺で、
関西の真夏に何度でもいただきたくなるであろう爽やかな麺料理。
祥来さんは点心など本格的な中華メニューもあるので、
今度は夜か週末の昼飲みに利用させていただきたいと思いました。
