江坂の店は、夜にちょこちょこ利用していたので、店の雰囲気は大体わかるので、今回初めて高槻店でランチをすることに。
丁度、昼時で混んでいたので順番待ちの間に、オーダーを聞きに来られた。
私は、すき焼きが有ったので、注文することに。
すき焼きは定食を含め、国産牛ロース肉 2,625円、和牛霜降り肉 3,675円、 和牛特選霜降肉 4,410円、すきやき定食 牛すきやき・卵・御飯・味噌椀・香の物1,155円と有ったけど、安く上げるために私は、一番安い、すき焼き定食を注文。
あと３人は、和定食 お造り、天婦羅、季節一品、茶碗蒸し御飯、味噌椀、香の物 1,365円を注文。
ご飯は、普通のご飯と、五穀米？六穀米？のどちらか選択できるので、五穀米？六穀米？で注文することに。
肉をこだわらなければ、肉も特に問題なく、すき焼き定食で充分だった。
割下でなく、砂糖醤油で味付けをする関西風で、若い時なら美味しいと思うが、少し濃厚な感じだった。
和定食は納得できる品数で、造りは、ぷりぷり感があり十分に美味しかった。
久々、鮮度の良い造りを味わうことができた。
この次ランチに来れば、たぶん注文する定食だった。
