JR茨木駅周辺で昼ごはんを食べれる店を探してたところ、外観はラーメン屋さんではないのに、
鶏拉麺
の暖簾が！
焼鳥屋が本気で創ったラーメンらしい〜ということで入店！
焼鳥屋が昼営業で作るラーメン、別のところでも食べたことがあるのですが、スープが濃厚で美味しかったので期待が膨らみます。
お店に入ってから知ったのですが、野乃鳥さんでした。
個人的に好きなお店♪
メニューを拝見。
初訪問なので、いつものルーティンで、横書きなら左上から注文！
なので、丸ごと！鶏塩ラーメンを注文。
醤油よりも塩を推してくる辺り、こだわりがありそうです。
いよいよ着丼。
まずはスープから〜
鶏の旨味がめっちゃ出てます！塩がいい感じ。
少々オイリーなスープですが、旨味のある脂で美味しい！
麺は中細麺で、スープとの絡みがいいですね。
特筆すべきは、チキンレッグ！
箸で肉が崩れるほどのホロホロに煮込んだ柔らかさに加えて、肉自体にしっかり味付けされており、このチキンレッグだけでお酒が飲みたくなる旨さ！
柔らかい鶏胸肉のチャーシューも美味しいのですが、チキンレッグの旨さの前にちょっと存在感が…けど、これも十分美味しい！
ネギの絡みと糸唐辛子のピリッとした感じが味を引き締めてます。
いや〜これは旨すぎる。
恐るべし、焼鳥屋。
鶏そぼろのピリ辛味噌ラーメン、かめびし醤油の鶏醤油ラーメンも食べたいので、再訪間違いなし。
食べログで、「ラーメン」で検索してもヒットしないところが隠れ家的で（十分語ってますが）いい感じ。
