久し振りに美味しい豚カツを食べたい
と思い立った日曜日､､､
人気店はまあまあ良い値段がしたり
予約必須だったりと敷居が高くなって
いる今日この頃、reasonableで
美味しい豚カツを提供される名店発見！
早速訪問することにしました♪
場所は駅から距離があり、
カロリー消費のためウォーキングを
したい自分にとってはそこも好都合^ ^
南茨木駅から歩いて、11:40お店到着。
先客なく即入店となりました♪
【注文】しぐれロースカツ定食1,650円也

衣サクサクのロースカツ､､､
110gとは言え割と大判の豚カツは
とても柔らかく美味しい〜
トッピングされた大根おろしは、
提供された白醤油をサッと軽くかけて
頂くと肉の油感をリフレッシュして
くれます^ ^
そして、ロースカツ特有の脂身､､､
柔らかくjuicyなだけで無く、
とても甘い！こんなに甘い脂身は
初めて頂きました！

ご飯、味噌汁、漬物。
ご飯はおかわり無料ですが、
最初から大盛りにもできます。
味噌汁はシジミの出汁が効いていて
豚カツに良く合います^ ^
完食、満腹、そしてとても満足､､､
絶品の脂身に感動し、退店時自然と
店主にお礼を言ってました^ ^
駅から遠いので敬遠されるのか
貸切状態でしたが、車で来られる場合
近くにある平和堂駐車場の
60分チケットを頂けるようです。
