寒くなり、大好きなすき焼きの季節になりました。
今回は、木曽路ですき焼きです。
茨木市の幹線道路沿いにあります。
店内に入り、予約していなかったので席を用意されるのでしょうか、10分くらいは待たされテーブル席に案内されました。
道路沿いですが、外の音はまったくしません。
しかし、テーブルのお客さんは実に楽しそうに歓談しています。
まずは肉が運ばれてきます。
美しい肉です。
ベテランの女性店員が調理をしてくれます。
まずは脂を引き、割下を入れ、肉を手際よく焼いてくれます。
卵を溶いて待つ器に入れてもらい、いただきます。
おお、美味しい。
あとは、野菜や肉を自分たちで調理します。
当然、お肉もお替りします。
〆はきしめん。ユニークです。
木曽路と言えばしゃぶしゃぶですが、すき焼きも大正解でした。
