2軒目のお店を出た後に向かった場所は、
JR高槻駅の西口の北側すぐの場所にある、
2004年創業、バーボンウイスキーをメインに約900種の洋酒が並ぶショットバー。
コロナ禍を挟み、ご無沙汰となってしまったので、
ずっとおじゃまさせていただきたいと思っていたのです。
週末は満席で入店が難しい時もあるのですが、
この時は平日だったこともあってか、運よく入店に成功いたしました。
カウンター席の中央に座らせていただき、
フレッシュフルーツ漬けのお酒で作るオリジナルハイボールをいただきました。
久しぶりのこの素敵空間に、
喜びを感じつつも緊張してしまう私。。。
こちらはハイボールにもよく合う「自家製薫製ナッツ」。
横に座られていた常連さんとお話をさせていただいたのですが、
高槻は狭いもので、共通の知人が働いている会社関係の方ということが発覚。
その後は、他のお話もいろいろとさせていただきました。
…ということで、ちょいと一杯のつもりが2杯目に突入。
アジトさんはお酒の種類が豊富なだけではなく、グラスも素敵で。
もちろん接客の素晴らしさも言うことなしで、
いつも長居してしまうのです。
さらに「〆ビール」もいただいてしまいました。
結局かなり遅い時間まで飲ませていただいた記憶。。。
今度は主人も一緒におじゃまさせていただきたいと思います。
