When you come to our restaurant, we recommend you try our famous thick-sliced Cow tongue. By carefully aging it, it has a texture that is outstandingly soft despite its thickness of approximately 1cm. First, take a big bite and fully enjoy the original taste of Cow tongue. Also, if you eat it with the vegetables that come with it, it's so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating it with your chopsticks.
