とある種末の夜に主人とおじゃまさせていただいたのは、
名物料理が何品もあるこちらお店でした。
まずはハイボールと生ビールで乾杯です。
こちらはお通し。
まずは箸休めにもなる「名物 きゅうり漬け」を注文させていただいたのですが、
いつも「ハーフサイズ」にしているところを「通常サイズ」にしてしまい、
そのボリューに怯みそうになってしまいました。。。
ぢどり亭さんの名物6品は、このような感じとなっています。
こちらは「塩ざんぎ」なのですが、
「ざんぎ」という言葉を北海道以外で聞けるとは、ちょっとうれしく。
こちらも名物料理からチョイスした「チキン南蛮フライ（ハーフ）」。
タルタルソースがたっぷりかかっているのですが、
意外とサクッと完食してしまう揚げ物で。
ここから主人は「焼酎ロック」に移行。
こちらも名物料理から「親鶏もも炭火焼き（ハーフ）」。
歯応えのある親鶏を噛み締めると、旨味が溢れ出してきます。
今回は少し塩気が強め？だったので、
添えてある「柚子胡椒」は少なめにしていただきました。
ボリューム満点の「名物 きゅうり漬け」の塩気も積み重なり、
塩分を調整できる箸休め料理「バリうまキャベツ」を追加注文。
ぢどり亭さんの名物料理6品中、
３品を楽しませていただきました。
