Neki opened in Tomita in 2014. We serve wholesome dishes using plenty of seasonal vegetables, mainly organic vegetables grown in the owner's parents' garden. Please feel free to drop by as a place to |
I had the opportunity to visit this shop in Tomita with my husband, where N-chan and I had made our long-awaited first visit last time. We started with an adult couple who seemed to be close to our age and 4 guests. The female owner served us beer skillfully. We ordered the ``thick-sliced Sangenton pork Steak'' and the `` Ethnic Cuisine risotto with shrimp and greens,'' and each set came with an assortment of appetizers and soup. Pickled spring cabbage, fresh burdock and onion with cumin miso, dried tofu, mustard greens, nuts, and zha cai sauce, etc. This one dish is sure to get your alcohol flowing. The soup changes every month, but this time it was a creamy and spicy new potato soup. After the beer, I decided to have some sparkling wine. The host's selection is the Koshu wine on the far right. I enjoyed it chilled in this wine cooler. It was a dry sparkling wine that I didn't get tired of drinking. This is a ``thick-sliced Sangenton pork Steak'' that is moist and finished using vacuum low-temperature cooking. The sauce was a paprika-based ``harissa'' made with multiple spices. An irresistible piece of meat that you can eat as much as you want. This is "Ethnic Cuisine risotto with shrimp and greens." It's an Ethnic Cuisine risotto with just the right amount of spice, and Parmesan cheese is mixed with brown rice, which goes well with wine. As a shrimp lover like me, this dish was a delight. I shared both dishes with my husband. At the end, I thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese wine I hadn't had in a while. I wanted to try some of Neki's a la carte and desserts, but I had already made a reservation for another restaurant after this, so that's it. Once again, I would like to thank you for the unique dishes. ◎Blog [Kokoromanoma] https://ameblo.jp/39lohas/entry-12803278069.html
