箕面・彩都のコラボ食堂（日替わりオーナー）でランチ。
この日は木楽庵という手打ち蕎麦屋さん！

最高級の玄蕎麦を石臼でゆっくりと挽き、打ち立て、ゆがきたてのお蕎麦！

良い香りです～♪
塩で味わって、その後、
利尻昆布・どんこ椎茸に秘伝の返しを加えたそばつゆで。
美味しい！！

おくどさん、とよばれるもので茹でられてます。
建築の廃材がいっぱいあるんだって～。

定食は、熊本産の米と岡山産の黒大豆のおむすびがもっちり、
菜っ葉のお漬物つき。

そして、吉野山の豆腐屋さんから仕入れているという、
国産大豆100％の濃厚なお豆腐を揚げだしで。
甘辛のだしでとても美味しく！

もうすぐ枝豆豆腐に切り替わるようだけど、これすごく気に入ってしまった。
（冷蔵ケースにテイクアウト品もありました）

限定40食なので、急いで～！　

次は5/22です。月に２回の営業だそうです。
