高槻に４年前オープンした弥生時代の遺跡を整備した公園、安満遺跡公園。
広大な敷地は甲子園球場5個分。
そこで一番賑わっている食事処に、娘と一緒に行きました。
店内75席の大箱。
若い女性グループと、家族連れで大変賑わっています。
あまりお腹が空いてなかったので、軽くサラダメインのランチにしました。

自家製フォカッチャとスモークチキンのパンツァネッラ風
野菜のトマトスープがカップじゃなく、ちゃんとプレートでついてます。
パンツァネッラ？、トスカーナ地方の郷土料理で
固くなったパンをサラダの具材にしてしまう、パンの再利用料理のことでした。
そんなこと知らない私は、別添えだと思ってたのでビックリ。
ただ、そこまで固くなかったので、単にふやけたフォカッチャが混ざっている印象。
クルトンぐらいサクサクしていたら良かったんだけど。
スモークチキンは美味しかったんですが・・・
娘はマルゲリータ（1200円）。
かなりボリューミーで食べきれず、一切れ廻ってきました。
お腹が空いていないと言いながら、食べてしまう私って。
