I was working in Ibaraki that day. Prosciutto and salami, but I took takeaway the Maruken Gyoza / Dumpling first. This was a delicious Gyoza / Dumpling that didn't use garlic, and had a slight ginger flavor to the pork, giving it a delicious flavor and sweetness. However, my wife gave me a disgusted look. I got angry because they didn't even need Gyoza / Dumpling even though they had Prosciutto and chorizo. I also like Gyoza / Dumpling, so I guess that makes sense. However, I didn't feel like it would go well with wine, so I ended up drinking beer as well.
