高槻市駅から徒歩五分ほど、スーパー ハローダイキョウの裏辺りにある。
開店してちょうど一年くらいのようだ。
昼のランチは1000～1300円程度。
今回は阿波牛のボロネーゼパスタ(1300)＋スープ(200)＝1500円。
注文をするとすぐに麺茹でが始まった。
お、ゆで時間がかかるタイプなのか？
まずスープ。大きなマグカップみたいな形の器に、なみなみ入っている。
カットされた野菜が多めで、トマトの酸味が効いている。
つづいて前菜。
ニョッキを揚げたものが美味しいね。
奥の野菜は地元 高槻で生産したものだそうだ。
食べきる前にパスタが出てきた。
やっぱそういうペースなのか。ちょっと落ち着かないな。
急いで前菜を食べ切り、パスタへ。
トマトベースでひき肉を煮込んだソースは
酸味の角がやや立っている。
ワインは飲まないけど、これはワインの風味だろうなあ。
教科書通りに作られたボロネーゼソースという感じだろうか。
店主の人は若く、声も動作も大きめ。やや独り言多め。
まだまだ時間もあるだろうし、色んな店などで研究を深めてください。
