京橋にある時から行きたかったのに、タイミングが合わないうちに高槻へ移転。
JR高槻駅からはすぐ。
私は阪急高槻市駅から行ったので10分程歩いた。
メニューがガチネパールな印象だったのでお気に入り登録していた。
実際行ってみたらとにかくお洒落、内装がゴージャス！
大塚のカスタマンダップ、高輪ゲートウェイのレッサムフィリリとともに、私の中で三大ゴージャス内装ネパール料理店。
和の佇まいの引き戸を開けて入店。
玄関で靴を脱いで上がると中は異国の雰囲気。
美しい柄の絨毯。
装飾品もすごい。
窓の外にはきれいな坪庭。
ダルバートにアルタマ（じゃがいもとたけのこのカレー）が入っているか尋ねると、ランチタイムには入っていないがグランドメニューのダルバートには入っているという。
お値段少しアップして1800円の夜バージョンにしてもらう。
まずはごまドレッシングたっぷりのサラダ。
その後品数豊富なダルバート到着。
ダルはいろんな種類の豆がミックス。
トマトベースのアルタマ。たけのこは大きいけど柔らかい。
マトンカレー。
じゃがいもと豆のおかず。
マトンチョエラ。ニラがたくさん入ってるタイプは初めて。
トマトのアチャール。サグ。パパド。
一般的なダルバートに比べて、全体的に塩分控えめなのが嬉しい。
ダルやカレーのボリュームが多いので、つい日本米のご飯をおかわりしてしまった。
「少な目で」とお願いしたけどしっかり初回と同量が届いたので、最後は苦しくなってしまった。
デザートのマンゴーヨーグルトと甘いチャイをいただいて満腹。
メニューにジブロフライとギディフライもあるので、次回のお楽しみに。
