以前から気になりつつも勇気が出せず行けていなかったお店です。
お店はネワーリ、ネパール、チベット、タイ、インド料理となかなか普段味わえないお料理が楽しめそうです。
ランチは11：00〜14：30までカレーが4種類、ガパオライス、チャウミンという麺料理が1種類ありました。
タイやインド料理は食べたことがあるのでチャウミンという麺料理を私は選びました。
☆チャウミン（900円）
セットにはサラダとスープ、ドリンクがついてきます。スープは香辛料の効いたあっさりカレースープのような味です。ドリンクはラッシーにしました。
チャウミンは調べて見ると炒麺でネパール料理らしいのですが、野菜とお肉と一緒に炒めている感じ。焼きそばとの違いはソースが使用されていないことかな。味は油と塩の味です。
量も多くて全部食べきれなかったので、残りはテイクアウトしました。
お連れ様はダルバートという色々なカレーやおかずが少しずつ楽しめるカレープレートを食べていました。少し貰ったけど、どれも本格的な味わいで日本にいながら外国にいったような気分になれますね。
もちろんシェフやスタッフも本場の方のようでした。
次回はカレーを食べてみようと思います。
