広いソファテーブルをゆったりとした配置した店内。
すごく落ち着ける雰囲気です。
ランチタイムのメニュー
・前菜
・パスタ ： タコとズッキーニのアラビアータ
または、
・リゾット ； 海老とズッキーニのトマトリゾット
サーモンとイクラのチーズリゾット
・紅茶 or コーヒー
上記セット 1,300円 ＋400円でドリンクお代わりとデザート
真っ先に印象が良かったのは、接客スタッフさんのすごく爽やかで自然な微笑みの応対が素晴らしい。店の宝ですね。
さて、料理の評価は冷静にしましょうね。
前菜の野菜たっぷりの盛りつけと色味は食欲を促してくれます。
レタスにかかった粉チーズとドレッシングが絶妙な美味しさです。一方のトマト、パプリカのほうはオイルドレッシングで濃い味にして、対比で美味しさを共演させています。
しかし、スープの味がわからない？ コンソメにしても超薄味だなぁ。
メインのリゾットはトマト味にしました。
リゾットの皿はとても繊細な表現です。持ってきてくれた女性シェフがタレントさん顔負けの容姿。
出来立てのライスの食感はいい具合、トマト風味が生きています。海老とズッキーニが美味しさを引き立てています。
これだけ素晴らしい料理とスタッフさんがいながらに、欠点といえば場所がわかりにくい点かな。
またスペースが広すぎるのも逆効果になっているような気がする。
グルーブでの利用には最高だね。
夜はワインが楽しめるダイニングバーとして営業していますよ。
