冷凍しないで冷蔵で提供することで実現できているので売り切れでなく注文できればラッキーだと思います
上レバーは色は良くなかったですが味...
安かろう悪かろうではなく、ちゃんと良いモノを使っている。なので、塩モノはもっと味付けを控えめにしたら良いのでは？接客は申し分なく、通し営業なのもGood 。
