A Spanish bar that opened near Ibaraki City Station at the end of last year. Open for lunch, dinner, and late at night as a bar and Sankosaku. The restaurant has 60 seats and can be used for banquets. It also has a bar counter and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. The small plates are also delicious, so it's perfect for a second bar or later, making it suitable for a wide range of uses. The food seemed to be prepared by the female owner, but I didn't realize she was the only one doing it. The assortment of Prosciutto comes in three types: Iberian pork, jamon serrano, and prosciutto. All three types are delicious, but the richness of the flavor of the Iberian pork is overwhelming. Ajillo ajillo has plenty of shrimp, which makes me happy. The chewy, freshly baked baguette is very chewy. It's so delicious that you can't help but refill it.The tongue stew is full of luxuriously soft tongue, making me happy.I thought it would go well with baguette, so I hurriedly ordered more. The combination of soft tongue, rich stew, and baguette is the best.Rice is a popular item. Croquette are delicious, with plenty of cheese and tomato sauce inside, and go perfectly with the rice. The paella is delicious, with the aroma of herbs and garlic, and the rich flavor of seafood and olives. The shrimp are generously sized and extra-large. The inside of the restaurant is large, but it's hard to see on the second floor of a building, but no matter what I order, it's delicious and it's a dark horse restaurant. The lunch looks like a good deal, too. They also hold a flamenco LIVE dinner once in a while. It's reasonably priced and very easy to use, so if you're looking for a restaurant near Ibaraki City Station, please take advantage of it.
