Make a reservation and visit. This restaurant is so popular that you won't be able to get your desired time about 5 days in advance. It had a bright, clean, and luxurious atmosphere, more like a high-end Japanese-style meal restaurant than Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant. There is a counter and 3 tables. On the day of the event, only customers had reservations, and customers continued to arrive even after 9pm. The skewer holder is a cut glass, which gives you a sense of the restaurant's attitude. There are courses available, and you can order one bottle at a time. Appetizers, salads, tataki, skewers, etc. There are some rare parts, so you'll want to visit before they're sold out. Tataki is impressive when eaten with salt and granulated soy sauce. I think it's a rare service that allows you to adjust the doneness to your preference.
