京阪・滝井駅の真ん前にあるうどん屋です。
麺の強豪店が多いイメージがある滝井近辺で
筆頭と言えるお店なんじゃないかと思いますね。
平日午前１１時過ぎの開店すぐの訪問。
店内、お客さんはもう半分以上埋まっていました。
その合間、カウンターの端っこに座りました。
お店の中で一番上級となる１１００円の
肉まいたけ温玉ぶっかけうどんを注文しました。
メニュー内のトッピングが厳選されている感じで
まいたけ、肉、わかめ、温玉の４つの組み合わせが基本構成です。
薬味はしょうが、ねぎ、おろし。
全ての薬味を入れてぐるりつゆをぶっかけ回していただきます。
ほどよい粘りとコシのある細身うどん。
まいたけ天はサクサクでとても軽い感じがあります。
そして肉は上品で、味付けにいやらしい甘さが全くなくて
とても洗練された肉煮でした。
温玉とかつおぶしの組み合わせも選び抜かれていて
このうどんの丼に入っている全てがチームワークを発揮して
具材のかけ合わせが単に１＋１＝２で終わらず、
その答えが３にも４にもなっている一杯だと思います。
大阪にも素晴らしいうどん屋が多くありますが、
それらの上位にひけをとらない素晴らしさでした。
接客もしっかりしていて気持ち良く食べることができるお店です。
