京阪滝井駅から徒歩約1分の所にあるうどん屋さん。開店15分前の土曜日の10時45分頃に到着。2人待っておりました。開店前には10人ほどの行列に。梅田店でぶっかけを頂いたので、今回は、まいたけ天生しょうゆ大930円を注文。注文から約15分ほどで着丼。備え付けの醤油をかけて頂きます。麺は細めですが、適度なグミ感があり、麺に潤いがあるため、もちっとした食感で喉越しも良く、とても美味しい麺です。まいたけ天もサクサクで美味しい。生しょうゆとも麺の美味しさをストレートに感じられ良いですね。
