本日は、コチラに来ました。
枚方市駅周辺の飲み屋街〝川原町〟の一画にある老舗の中華屋さんです。
12時45分到着。
先客1、後客なし。
店内は、かなり複雑な造りになっており、入って左側に進むと右側に厨房スペースとレジ、カウンター席は見当たらず、2～4人掛けテーブル席3のスペース、出て奥には沢山の円卓･･かなり広い店でした。
男女4人での切り盛り。
ランチメニューは、どうやら表の看板メニューだけのようでした。
入ってすぐレジでメニューを見せられ『天津チャーハンセット』注文。
コチラも珍しく前金制で、700円を払ってからテーブル席に。
しかし、このキャパでランチタイムでこの入り・・たまたまなのか？！(謎)
少し待って来ました。
天津チャーハン･･香ばしく炒められたチャーハンは、パラパラ感を残し、ハム、タマネギ、ニンジン、ネギなどが入って天津にしなくてもしっかりとした味付け。
上に乗る玉子も肉厚があり、フワフワとしていて○。
かかる餡は、大好きな塩餡･･トロミ中～強級で若干塩分強め。
チャーハンにも味がついているので、少し塩味がダブルパンチで濃い印象。
付いていたスープは、コンソメ味･･白菜などの具が入っていました。
サラダにはゴマドレッシング。
ほどなく完食･･けっこう満腹になりました。
一つ気になったのは、先払いしたからか、スタッフ全員が厨房やら店内アチコチでガンガン音を立てて雑用にフルパワー(苦笑)・・店を出る時に元気な挨拶はありましたが、食べている時にせわしなく、ちょっと耳障りでした( ；∀；)
味もコスパもソコソコ良かっただけに、少し残念･･ごちそうさまでした。
