マスターは居なかったけれど、良い感じ。

久しぶりに朝から午後まで家にいた後、16時半頃に出発。
ソラ•ハレワタール。
夕食はぱんだ軒あらため、熊猫軒へ。
再訪しようと思いつつ先延ばしになっている内に改装がはじまり、待望のリニューアルオープン。
プリンセス•エル様御一行をこっそり招待。
オーソドックスなメニューながらも創作要素もあり数ランク進化した大衆中華。
前菜は個性あるアレンジ的な感じで、デリシャスマイル〜！
よだれプニバード族が特にデリシャスマイル〜！
シュウマイは口の中でゆっくりとろける感じでデリシャスマイル〜！
麻婆豆腐は辛さ指定無しで少しピリ辛程度の辛さだったが、旨味、甘味がしっかりしていてデリシャスマイル〜！
プニバード族の蟹玉のレシピッピはふんわり厚みのあるたまごにたっぷりの餡でデリシャスマイル〜！
炒飯はしっとりでもパラパラでもなく、しっかり米つぶ感でデリシャスマイル〜！
メニューのライスには八代目儀兵衛と書かれていて、炒飯も同じような気がするコメコメ(ここのライス単体では食べたことないけれど)。

ぱんだ軒 華満
漢字ではあるものの国内で唯一の「熊猫軒(ぱんだけん)」として当初から訪問候補だったが、中華料理店で麺は坦々麺とあえそばが主力、メニューに「ラーメン」というのがあるけれど正体不明なので保留していた。
それが店主に「ぱんだ軒」の事を吹き込んだひとがいたらしく、何も知らない店主が乗り気になって、「ぱんだ軒」のラーメンが再現された。
店へ向かう前にJAの自販機でコメコメを発見。
10:11店前に到達。
まだひとの気配がなかったので、通り過ぎて日陰で様子見。
店内に「華満」ののれんを発見。
10:40頃に店のひとが近所のひとらしきのと話していた直後に「11:30開店ですか」からの流れで店頭の椅子に座って開店待ち。
まもなく、華満のTシャツを着た客が来店。
4,5月ぐらいならともかく、かなりたってからの直前、ローカル過ぎるせいであまり拡散されず、私がいる間、他は一般客。
その後、来たひとはいたよう。
専用のメニューは開店直前に作成された。
待っている間に店主がノートPC持ってきて、変身したらどれかなど画像の質問された。
お冷グラスと箸はやめておいたが、コースターとかは持参した。
甘めのしっかりした味で人類系のようなスープ、麺はややウェーブで良い感じでかなりデリシャスマイル〜！
ついでに注文したランチメニューにのっているサイドの餃子、唐揚げも注文。
これらもデリシャスマイル〜！
ひとりネット予約できるので、そのうち他のレシピッピとこの店の売りである麻婆豆腐を食べにきたい。
