大阪府 食べログうどん2位

大阪出張中に伺わせていただきました。
香川で修行された島原出身のご主人が香川の小麦讃岐の夢と島原の甘い醤油を使って作る本下記讃岐うどん。
なめこ月見うどん ぶっかけ ひやあつ
牛飯
かしわ天
ちくわ磯辺揚げ
梅昆布
うどんの麺は確かに香川のそれ、コシ命
食べ進めると一反木綿が登場しちょっとグッとくる！
最後梅昆布で味変。
個人的にはもう少しぶっかけ出汁が濃くて、もう少し牛肉が柔らかいとうれしい。
かしわの天ぷらはモモとムネ(磯辺衣)が楽しめ、ムネもかなり柔らかくて絶品。
うどんはコシ最強のものを生醤油で食べるのが最高ですね。
全国では香川県三豊市の須崎食料品店が食べログでも1位ですが、実際にコシ最強です。
大阪だとやはり大阪でうどん食べログ1位群津の手造りうどん楽々さんがコシがかなり強めだったと記憶しております。
四国、関西でのうどんの評価基準はこれらのお店のランキングを見ると、自身と同様にコシ最重視なのかもしれませんね。
都内だと淡路町の麺匠釜善がかなり善戦しているかと思われます。
