最高級の米沢牛をはじめとした上質な黒毛和牛の焼肉が頂けます
程よくサシの入ったハラミやミスジは赤身と脂のバランスがよく，肉の旨さと脂の甘さがたまらなく美味しい
お肉のお供のご飯も山形県産のつや姫でこのオンザライスは至高
たっぷり脂ののったヒウチは大炎上するほどの滴り具合ですが，塩と刻みわさびを合わせて食べると一切くどさなく溶けるように味わえる
そしてなんといってもきめ細やかさが桁違いのシャトーブリアン
驚くほど柔らかくジンワリと滲み出た脂も感じられる最高の部位
タレ，醤油×山葵，塩×山葵どれで食べても最高で名残惜しいほど一瞬でなくなりました…
