京阪本線「枚方公園駅」から徒歩で約1分ほどに「焼肉 旨い牛」はあります
枚方公園駅前にえげつない米沢牛を扱うお店がオープンしていると噂を聞き訪問しました
松阪・神戸と並ぶ日本三代和牛のひとつ、米沢牛が売りのお店
和牛の全国出荷数のうち、米沢牛は極小数であり更に全体のわずか0.009%にあたる「A5ランクBMS(脂肪交雑基準) 10以上」の牛のみを取り扱っており、No.10以上ともなるとなかなかお目にかかれないほど期待が持てます

味わい方もお塩かしょうゆのみだけで肉本来の旨味・甘みを引き立てさせるシンプルな食べ方
はじめに焼いた特選ロースには衝撃でした
お肉自体の甘みをここまで感じたのは他でもありません
厳選されたごく僅かなお肉だからこそ価値ある一品でした
良いお肉ほどもたれたりお腹を下す方もおられると思いますがここなら大丈夫です!
食べログ点数から見てももっと評価されるべきと思いますが、点数に左右されずこういうお店を見つけた時はいつも以上に嬉しいです
