This store was opened after my favorite place, Enman. I remember that day when mugs and other things were placed in front of the enman, saying, ``Feel free to take them home.'' According to a local information site, it is owned by the same owner as <[a:27063171, Bardemou]>. There are stores with the same name all over the country, but their relationship is unknown. I think the store is mostly empty, the chairs have been removed, and the tables have been changed to standing-room-sized tables. Even the oden pot remains intact. Let's start with beer. It's a jug that can hold more than 500cc, which is larger than I expected. I ordered an assortment of 5 kinds selection. As I was picking at the cabbage sticking out and waiting for it to cook, I asked, "How is business going during Golden Week?" The two male staff members looked at each other and said, ``What's going on?'' I thought, but then I didn't get a reply either. They come out in the order they are cooked. The first item is tan. Is it enough considering the price? The second item is pork green onions. This was delicious! Thin green onions wrapped in pork and topped with ponzu sauce. 3 to 5 items came out in quick succession. Hokekami, cheeks, white. The temples and cheeks are rare parts, but I don't think they have a particularly distinctive taste. As you can probably tell from the photo, it's hard. Shiro is intestines, so that's how it tastes. I think the taste and price are well-balanced, but I was a little disappointed with this, so I'm going to go ahead and enjoy it. It was a bit of a disappointing Golden Week drinking experience.
