Hirakata store in Sara Nishijin. When I went on a Sunday around 4pm, all the tarts were sold out. I was disappointed because this month's tart was pistachio. Caramel parfait with passive choice. Ice cream is vanilla, not caramel. It has caramel sauce and caramelized nuts sprinkled in here and there. The base is a sponge like Castella. The level of perfection of the parfait was not that high, and I thought that the selling point here was the baked goods. The apple cheesecake that my companion ordered was delicious. I would like to use this as a reference the next time I make it at home. All the seats by the window are couples seats, and the sofa seats are comfortable. I think the box is very nice.
