It's at Kawachiya. We had a meeting at Fuse and we all had dinner here. There were 8 people so we had a private room. The course is 8,500 yen (tax included) and includes all-you-can-drink. I always think that if you get all-you-can-drink, you're probably losing out. I didn't order anything this time because it wasn't my setup, but I don't think all-you-can-drink is a good idea. At least the group of 4 people in my seat did not get their money back. Although the parboiled blowfish skin was served, the sashimi was quite ordinary, or rather, it was a little salty. The small pot is a crab stew. I can't help but wonder what was done to parboil the pufferfish skin. I wonder if Tempura is not good enough. Mr. Nakai, or rather the staff, tries to lower the food even though he hasn't eaten it yet...that's ridiculous. Ask me, ``Are you good to go?'' I think it would have been better to have it as shabu shabu.
