ランチは11時半ごろから14時まで営業。 |
マイカーの車検で八戸ノ里に。ちょうど昼時なので半径500m圏内ランチで検索するとこちらのふじ川さんがヒットしたので訪問。
店内はへの字型のカウンターのみ。内装も拘りがある感じです。メニュー5番のエビとトンヘレの定食¥1,000をオーダーします。テレビとラジオが流れてます。
暫し待って配膳されました。まずキャベツがてんこ盛りでムシャムシャ食べます。ドレッシングがジュレっぽいです。少し長めの形のトマトもいい。
肝心のエビとトンヘレですが、まずエビは活けなのか？、奥の水槽に直近まで入ってたのかな？。弾力があってエビの旨み、エビフライ食べてるな〜感があります。トンヘレも衣がサクサクであっさりとした肉と少し酸味のあるソース。このソースも自家製か何かブレンドされた物だと思いますがフライ物に合うソースですね。サイコー。
おまけにカウンター越しに大将が「あいよ！」と言わんばかりにコーヒーゼリーをオンザスプーンで器用に渡してくれます。スプーン落ちないの？と恐々取ったそのコーヒーゼリーも恐らく自家製、フレッシュも自家製かな？。ゼリーにコーヒーの旨みが凝縮された感ありトゥルッっといってしまいました。
機会があれば夜にいろんな串楽しみたいですね。
