今回は高井田系ラーメンを食べるということで東大阪の高井田まで移動

13時過ぎに到着し、待ち時間はほぼなく片付けしてもらい着席
チャーシュー麺を注文後、15分ほどで着丼

見た目から見ても濃いのがわかる黒褐色のスープに大きいネギが綺麗に映えています
チャーシューも大振りでいいですね

スープを一口
素朴な味わいですが醤油を前面に出したスープに鶏ガラなどの風味がきちんと感じられる美味しいスープです
