Go north from Fuse Station, pass Niryohan, Miyako Soba, and Jonetsu Hormone, turn left at the first corner, and you'll find a building made of drum cans used as tables. The walls of the shop are made of concrete, and if people enter the shop, it will get hot. The staff has good customer service and serves kushikatsu at a reasonable price. ◇◇ Second shop used on Fuse tour. As soon as I entered the store, my companion, Lou Frank, said, ``Just order something,'' and went to the restroom. The waitress asked, ``Would you like to have a drink later?'' So I ordered a kushikatsu first. There was a kushikatsu set, which included red sausage (100 yen), quail (150 yen), eggplant (100 yen), pork (150 yen), and shrimp (150 yen) for 630 yen. However, if you do a quick calculation, the list price is 650 yen, so there is only a 20 yen difference. That's why everything except eggplant is standard. So, I ordered only one set and ordered one each of red sausage, quail, pork, and shrimp, and replaced the eggplant with beef. Lou came back so I ordered a drink. I went with the 1,000 yen mega jug. Lou has red eyes. Beer mixed with tomato juice. Kushikatsu has a decent taste. But to be honest, it might not be all that different from today's "Da○ma" (lol). I had high hopes for a sauce that was not allowed to be double-dipped, but I was disappointed that the flavor wasn't as mature as I expected. Maybe it's because it hasn't been used much. Mr. Lou seems to like it, but I'm a little nervous about it. On the other hand, I like the aforementioned [a:27028247, Daimaruya] better, and the difference in taste is interesting. Rather than that, Mr. Lou's next order. “Big breasts chuhai!” Well, I never expected Lou-san to let loose an old man’s joke by changing “Kyoho chuhai” to “big breasts~”! The clerk also said, ``Yes, it's a big-breasted chuhai~'' and returned to the kitchen. If you look closely, the menu says "Big Breasts Chuhai" (lol). Apparently it's made by adding Calpis to Kyoho Chuhai to make it milky (lol). I also added two ate dishes. Stir-fried chicken skin with ponzu sauce and octopus garlic. I wonder if this tastes good too. However, other than that, the customer service and friendliness are good, so I think it's a good place to come casually. That's the impression. By the way...I wrote at the beginning that if there were more people, it would get hotter, but it seems like there aren't always a lot of people in this restaurant (bitter smile).
