職場近くシリーズ「中国料理ロンロン」さんに行ってきました。
場所は高井田本通６丁目交差点（阪神高井田入り口）北１００ｍ程、南５０ｍ位
にコインパーキングがあります。
１１：３５くらいの入店で先客５人、愛想の良いベテランのオネーサンが一人。
中国系の御主人が５分後に到着。
帰りに営業時間を訊くと「11:30頃～24:00くらい」（笑）坦々麺と餃子をオーダー。
スープは、鶏ガラベースに胡麻ダレ、胡麻油の風味がなかなか旨いです。
ミンチの辛味が後からジンワリ、ガンガンのクーラーが心地良かったですね。
麺は中細のストレート卵麺、カンスイを使った普通のラーメン用の麺でチョイ柔の
茹で加減、普通に美味しかったですよ。
具材は、白髪ネギ、姫チンゲン菜、軽く大蒜を効かせた甘辛のミンチがえ～感じ。
レンゲで掬ってたら完スペしちゃいました。（笑）
細かく擂り潰した餡の餃子、片面軽めのパリ加減で美味しかったです。
食後にアイスコーヒー（６００円以上飲食の場合）も出てお腹チャポチャポ（笑）
