ども！料理の味の要は「さしすせそ」
柚子で酸味と香りを出したり
キャビアの塩分を利用したり
トリフもそうですね~♪
一流の料理人は天然の素材でその味を出す！
日本人が愛するお醤油・お味噌・お漬け物
キーはお塩ですかね？(#^.^#)
味噌漬け・醤油漬け・塩漬け
ゆで卵にお塩・サンドイッチにもお塩
取り過ぎると問題が有るものって旨いですよね！
以前から息子がたまに出前を取っていたお店
ふらっと訪問しました！
メニューを見ると昼の定食と夜の定食の
メニューが別々にありますが……メニューは
ほぼ一緒ですが値段が違う！？？？
よぉ～く見ると内容も違いました！(笑)
☆ 中華丼定食 ￥750円
オイスターソースの効いた醤油味のが
おいらは好きなのですがこちらのは
中華スープに塩味ですね！
胡麻油の香りがとてもGOOD！
店主は油の使い方が上手いようです！
程よい塩分と胡麻油の香りの野菜たっぷりの
中華丼はとても美味しかった！
唐揚げも普通に美味しかったです！
本場のエッセンスが利いた街の大衆中華屋さん
