鶏の白子を、刺身っつーのはどうよ!?(汗)
そんな刺身に興味があるアナタ!

店内に入った瞬間、えらい若いスタッフばかりで、ちょい不安になる(汗)
チェーン焼鳥レベル?
それとも、ラーメンを推してるってことは、鶏屋を前面に出したラーメン屋さん?

きっちり下味もつけて、揚げ方も問題おまへん!
唐揚げ粉で出してくるフザケた店も多い中、きっちりしてまんがな(汗)
ただ・・・
めちゃくちゃ、じゅーしーかって聞かれたら、そこまで大袈裟にネーミングつけるほどのものでは無かったかも~(虚ろな目)

世界遺産の熊野古道の熊野っすか?(汗)
はじめて耳にする熊野地鶏やっちゅーに、その地鶏の白子を、それも刺身で食うなんざあ~(汗)
美味い!!!!!
白子は、焼きもええけど、刺身がやっぱりええな!
魚みたいなクリーミーなもんじゃなく、鶏っつーのは、そこそこプリプリ感があるんやね?
