2015年5月21日オープン。名前の通りの鶏料理メインの居酒屋で
三重熊野地鶏を使用した鶏料理と創作ラーメンがウリのお店です。

チャーシューやメンマ、二種類のネギなどのビジュアルです。
スープは豚骨＋鶏ガラの動物系に魚介のトリプルスープになります。
動物系の濃厚感に魚介がしっかりと効いたパンチのある味わいで
ややワイルドな感じもありつつなかなか美味しいスープです。
麺は中太の軽めの縮れ麺で僅かに平打ち系なタイプの麺です。
加水はやや高めでほど良い茹で具合でモチっとして良い感じです。
チャーシューはやや厚みのあるほど良い食感で美味しいです。

近鉄布施駅のやや西側より南側へと延びる布施本町商店街の中にある
熊野地鶏と創作ラーメンがウリの居酒屋さんです。関西エリアでは
珍しい熊野地鶏が味わえるお店で色々な鶏料理、そして創作らぁめんが
人気となっています。そんなこちらに夜にラーメン目当てで伺いました。
トップメニューでお店が自信がありそうな濃厚魚介らぁめんにしました。
思いのほか動物系も魚介系もしっかりと出ている味わいのスープで
なかなか美味しいですね。ラーメン専業店にはないやや独特な感もある
そんな味わいではありますがこれはこれでなかなか良かったですね。
ラーメンはもちろん良かったのですが今回は他の物を食べていないので
また機会があった際は地鶏とラーメンを食べてみたいと思います。
