東大阪高井田エリアへ遠征した際に見付けたお店です
｢secret base atorie kitchen｣
ランチタイムには店先に自転車や郵便配達のバイクが何台も停まって賑わってる
ヴィンテージ感の在る倉庫の様な店舗が洒落いているカフェレストランです
●町工場をリノベーションしたお店
お店は東大阪の高井田エリア､ＪＲ高井田中央駅から西へ１５０ｍほど
中央大通りの１本北側の通沿い､布施公園野球場の向かいに在ります
錆付きの在るトタンの外壁は倉庫や町工場の雰囲気
不動産業や店舗リノベーションを手掛ける会社が経営母体で
町工場の建屋をそのままに､リノベーションした空間で飲食が愉しめるお店です
店内中央に工場等で見掛ける縞鋼板の階段が在り､右手にカウンター､左手にテーブル席､個室
２階はハンモックで寛げるソファ席が在り､総席数４０席のキャパです
２０１７年１２月にオープンしました！
昼はプレートランチ､夜は創作料理やもつ鍋でお酒が愉しめます

●迷わずに牡蠣フライ
カキフライのセットや定食は１０００円超えが相場ですが
此方では６５０円と破格な低価格なんです
■牡蠣フライ
ライスも一緒に盛られたワンプレートにカップスープが付きます
カップスープは刻んだ玉葱が浮かんだコンソメ風のスープ
味わいは○○ブイヨンそのものですが､在れば嬉しいです
メインが登場すまでの場繋ぎ的なタイミングでサーブされますが
個人的にはメインと一緒に提供してくれた方が嬉しいかなぁ・・・
メインは牡蠣フライ５個とタルタルソース､カットレモンにライス
千切りキャベツとトマト２切れ､具無しの焼そばが添えて在ります
大きくはないもののこの価格で５個は中々のＣＰの高さ
サイズと形の揃いっぷりや､海臭さの上品さを考えると
業務用の冷凍素材かなぁって気がしました
それでもこの価格で５個食べれたら､牡蠣フライを食べた感は十分
ライスが少量に思えましたが､完食してみるとそれなりの満腹感で
ＣＰの高いランチでした

この店を見付けた切っ掛けは・・・
倉庫前に郵便配達の赤いバイクが何台も停まっているのを見掛けて
近寄ってみて倉庫をリノベーションしたカフェなのが確認でき
店先のメニューを見るとどれもが安価だったからなんです
バイク以外にもチャイルドシート付の自転車も多かったので
これは｢当り｣だろうなと確信が持てました
そして答えは正解でした
