東大阪の方に用事がありました。
お昼は”おいしい魚が食べたい”となり、リサーチ。
駐車場も完備している店となると、グッと数が減り、
最終的にこちらの店に行くことにしました。
ちょうどランチタイムの時間に遭遇したのですが、
ほとんどの客は予約をしてきていました。
サラリーマンやＯＬさんもいます。
おそらく常連さんでしょう。
予約は必須のようですね。
待っている間にメニューを見ましたが、
席に着いてからも、まだ悩み、結局注文したのは
「特上海鮮丼」と「日替わりランチ 華」。
特上海鮮丼：
新鮮で肉厚な刺身が乗っています。
ただし、ご飯は茶碗一杯分程度で、
ボリュームとしては足りない感じです。
八種類の海鮮が乗っているというのに惹かれたのですが、
よくある海鮮丼には乗らないネタとしては、ヒラメ？くらいでしょうか。
「ボリュームは要らないからとにかく新鮮な海鮮を食べたい！”という方にお勧めです。
一方、日替わりランチは豪華です。
小鉢も２種類付いているわ、
刺身も４種盛りが付いているわ、
野菜サラダ、ベーコンとアスパラ巻フライ、桜鯛と帆立のすき小鍋と、
野菜も十分に摂れるわ、
さらに、肉、魚と食材のバランスも、刺身、鍋料理、揚げ物と調理法も様々。
文字通り、”華やかな”御膳です。
満足度が確実に高いのはきっと「日替わりランチ」だと思います。
