A Gyoza / Dumpling Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in front of Shin-Ishikiri Station. The store is always brightly lit and stands out. It's a restaurant you don't see very often because it specializes in Gyoza / Dumpling, but it's part of the Marche Group, which also operates Suikoden and Hakkenden! I had wanted to go there ever since I moved here, so I took this opportunity to go! This opportunity is during the 8 days when my wife is back at her parents' home with her dog. I am working every day even though it is the middle of Obon. . Around 21:00 PM on the 14th. I thought there would definitely be a lot of people, but the number of customers was about 20%. Alas! ? Lucky ^_^ I was a little nervous because I was alone, but I was glad that there was a small counter that could accommodate 4 people! The lighting inside the store is bright (°▽°) I wonder if it could be a little darker. I was told to save electricity lol. I ordered a single Maruken Gyoza / Dumpling, a single boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, a Maruken salad, and a bottle of beer. Maruken Gyoza / Dumpling is a standard type without garlic, and there are 5 singles. Use ponzu sauce and chili oil as table seasonings. Vegetable-based filling. There's a bit too much bean paste and the balance with the skin is a bit off. The filling was light and not juicy, so it was a rich type of Gyoza / Dumpling. The taste is not bad. Unlike boiled Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling they are eaten with a special miso sauce. A slightly sweet and delicious miso sauce. It also doesn't use garlic. The skin was nice and chewy, but the filling wasn't juicy either, making it a chewy Gyoza / Dumpling. Marken salad Caesar dressing had a slightly sour taste. A simple and hearty salad with lots of shredded cabbage, oyster mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes lol. There's a huge amount of something crunchy on top of the salad. This adds an accent and makes it delicious, but it lacks sex appeal and gives the impression of a salad with lots of leaves. The customer service was friendly and nice! The cost performance was just 1,600 yen for eating all this, so it felt cheap. I thought it would be good for people who like Gyoza / Dumpling with thick bean paste.
