【大東市三住町1-35より移転】 |
週末に出かけた帰りに、大東市を通ったので
ケーキを食べに寄りました。
こちらには、コロナ禍に一度来てみたことがあるのですが、
店内には入れない状況だったので断念せざるを得ませんでした。
２度目の訪問でやっとカフェスペースでまったりとティータイムが実現。
今回選んだケーキは、
「バスクチーズブリュレ」と「いちごタルト」
どちらもベースはタルト生地です。
バスクチーズケーキは、見た目から想像した通りの
ど定番のチーズクリームの味です。
ただし、「ブリュレ」のイメージほど、表面はパリパリしてませんでした。
まあ、あんまりキャラメリゼの層が厚いと甘くなりすぎますけどね。
いちごタルト：
ベースには珍しくアーモンドタルト。
生地がスポンジではなく、タルト生地になっただけで、
なぜか魅力が急上昇！
一般的なショートケーキより生地の高さが低い分、
いちごの存在感が大きくなり、おいしそうに見えますね～
２種類のクリームと、瑞々しく甘いイチゴ、
そしてアーモンドブールの生地。
いちごの季節に食べると、一層おいしく感じちゃいます。
最後は、「銀の斧」と「金の斧」の食べ比べ。
どちらもラムとバニラビーズンズに漬けたレーズンと
クリームとパイ生地が魅力のお菓子です。
違いは、金の斧が卵黄入りなのに対して、
銀の斧は、卵アレルギーの方のために卵黄無し。
味は限りなく同じですが、
卵黄入りのほうが卵らしい甘味があっておいしく感じました。
とはいえ、卵アレルギーの人にも優しいお菓子があるなんて、
すばらしいですね～
