オープン1時間前で既に6名待ち
気候が良いので然して苦にはならずステイ

相変わらず和牛肉メチャ ∑(ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏ-!!
エッジの立った麺は、この季節だと少々硬め
分かる人には分かる好きなヤツ
お出汁をぶっかけて、先ずはそのまま
卵黄を混ぜ、円やかな味わいも楽しみつつ
最後まで食べ終えると
まぁまぁアゴ疲れてますけど (￣￢￣*)ｳﾏｶｯﾀ-
もっちり伸びのある食感が好みなら
温かい方が食べやすいと感じるはずです

醤油を回しかけて、しっかりと混ぜ混ぜ
この時期のうどんは少し柔らかめなので
程よい弾力で凄く食べやすい (*´༥`*)ﾓｸﾞﾓｸﾞ
甘辛な和牛肉がメチャクチャ ∑(ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏ-ｲ!!
やっぱ猛暑の中でも、待つだけの値打ちはある
この日、1巡目で入ったおばさまが
熱中症らしき症状で泣く泣く退散してました
店舗前は全く日陰が無いので
くれぐれも熱中症対策をお忘れなく☂️☀️
