「鴨の治部煮」は初めていただきました。
石川県を代表とする煮物のようです。
とろみが少しあって、柔らかくて、少し甘辛くて
わさびといただくとピリッとしまる。
お蕎麦はツルッとしていて
すっきりとした蕎麦つゆで好みの感じです。
わさびがたっぷりついているので
わさび大好き派としては嬉しいです。
お蕎麦も治部煮もおいしいのですが
まぜご飯が絶妙な塩味と大葉の風味と胡麻が
サイコーすぎました。
ちなみに大盛りは+140yenです。
堅苦しくないお蕎麦屋さんで
やわらかな雰囲気で居心地が良かったです。
お店の方も親切にしてくださいました。
お蕎麦を楽しみました。
ごちそうさまでした。
