【北海塩ラーメン】
中太でもちっとしたうどんのような麺。
よく見ると全粒粉のような黒い点が見える！
スープは魚介が効いた優しいタイプで、
お吸い物のようにライトだ。
具はホタテとコーンで「北海」となっている。
美味しいラーメンとは言い難いものの、
寿司にはお似合いの一杯。
【特大つぶ貝食べ比べ】
通常のつぶ貝の３倍くらいの大きさです
スシローの通常サイズがとりわけ小さいので、
特に大きく感じるところ。
コリコリで甘みがあって美味しい。
焦がし醤油も香ばしくて良し。
つぶ貝好きには堪らない！
【本鮪 赤身】
本鮪の赤身が150円皿！
色も味も確かなもので、この値段はかなりお得でしょう。
他にもねぎまぐろがてんこ盛りだったりと、
コロナ収束後にかなり頑張っていた。
