すっぽんを求めて初来店しました！
前日に電話予約したのが20時直前だったのですが要予約との事で大将が無理言って仕入れ先に留守電まで入れて仕入れて頂きました。
すっぽんのコース2名から9800円とありました。
3名で来店したのですが他のメニューもこちらのお店は何を食べても美味しいとの口コミを見て2名分のコースにして貰いましたがお店のお気遣いで全て3人分づつに分けてお出しして頂きありがとうございました。
コースの血、、、
初だったので血だけ躊躇しましたが味はりんごジュースで美味しかったです！
心臓も卵も鮮度抜群！
お鍋も初めてのすっぽんの出汁に感動しました。
天麩羅盛り合わせとお造り盛り合わせも注文したのですが全部美味しい。
最後の〆の雑炊は最高でした！
ご家族で経営されていたのかな？
大将のご両親らしき年齢のご夫婦も目配り気配りをして頂けてとてもアットホームな雰囲気のお店でした。
またお伺いさせて頂きますね！
