平日11時半過ぎに訪問。
カレーうどんを食べようと決め打ちでのぞんだものの、メニューに目を通している間に限定という文字が...弱いんですよね、限定に。
その中の豚骨ラーメンのようなうどんという文字とあの山◯家のようなという説明から土壇場で初志貫徹ならず。ちなみに山◯家のラーメンを私は食べたことはないのですがね。
注文後のマスターの美味しいうどん茹でてきますね。の一言が何気に嬉しい。
そしてお待ちの間にということで出してくださった佃煮達。
シンプルにこれ秀逸。醤油加減が私好み。グラスをかたむけたくなりましたね。
そして、本丸のうどん。
豚骨ですが、そこは出汁と割られているので優しいお汁といって良いくらいの感じに思いました。
メンマ...めちゃ太、ごま油香る香辛料で和えられた白髪ネギこれ良いアクセントになる。
具が今まで食べたどのうどんより多かったです。
麺に関しては讃岐とのことらしいですが、特筆すべき点は無かったかなと感じました。
目でも楽しむ事ができました。良いランチになりました。ありがとうございました。
